Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
The benefits of personal training are endless. There’s simply no replacement for 1-on-1 coaching, individualized programming and guidance from a certified coach.
Personal training can be done as an exclusive program, or can be added periodically to a group class membership to help you personalize your gameplan for athletic development.
Rates can range between 40 and 90/session depending on program and session length.
