Small Group (Semi-private) Training

Personalized programming and coaching, executed in a small group setting.

If you’re looking for more of a personalized touch to your fitness program but want to mitigate the costs of personal training, this is the program for you!

Each member gets individualized programming to execute based on their goals, injuries or sport-specific demands. Then the group comes together for a conditioning “finisher” at the end.

Groups meet 2 or 3 times per week.
