Athletes select one class a week to attend based on skill and will have two days of homework to complete. Video demos, descriptions, and instructions will be provided for all exercises and workouts and coaches will be accessible when needed.
Beginner: This level is for those who don’t have pull-ups and pushups or maybe have a few, but want to get their first or have more than one.
Intermediate: For this level athletes must have at least FIVE strict pull-ups and TEN chest-to-deck pushups with perfect form. This level will focus learning on how to kip and string together big sets of pull-ups, toes-to-bar, and handstand pushups. Talk with Alex Gowers if you are unsure about choosing this level or think you may be between levels.
Advanced-Ring MU: The advanced level is for athletes who have either completed the intermediate level or have a high proficiency of technical gymnastic movements. You must talk with Alex Gowers before signing up for this level.
Monday 10:30am (Beginner/Intermediate) + 2 Days of Homework
Monday 6:30pm (Beginner/Intermediate) + 2 Days of Homework
Wednesday 6:30pm (Advanced-Ring MU) +2 Days of Homework
$75 for entire 6-week session

Every W/TH 10:30-11:00am; T/TH 7:00-7:30pm
$9 per class
The focus of these camps is to introduce teens to CrossFit-style training and make exercise fun! They will learn how to lift weights properly, how to move well, have fun, and most importantly, feel and see the positive impact that CrossFit-style training has on them! This Camp is for Teens of all ability levels and is for both male and female teens! Age range is 13 to 17 years old.

The camps are Monday through Friday from 3:30pm to 4:30pm
Cost is $99 for each two week session.
